Elizabeth Clawson, DO

Elizabeth graduated from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2000.  She then completed her family practice residency in 2003 at the National Capital Consortium Family Practice Residency at Dewitt Army Community Hospital in Fort Belvoir, Virginia. She spent 4 years in Germany as an Army Physician.  In 2007, Dr. Clawson moved to Alaska and began working at Southcentral Foundation’s Primary Care Center providing medical care to the Alaska native population not only in Anchorage, but in the villages of King Cove and Cold Bay as well.  She joined the Alaska Family Medicine Residency in October 2012. Elizabeth has been married 13 years and has two wonderful and entertaining sons who keep her quite busy!
