Allene graduated from the University of New Mexico School of medicine in 2002. In 2005, she completed her residency training at the Tacoma Family Medicine Residency program in Tacoma, Washington; and, then furthered her studies by completing an Obstetrics Fellowship at the Swedish Family Medicine program in Seattle. Allene joined the Alaska Family Medicine Residency program in September 2012. Her interests include: bicycle touring, backpacking, running, skiing and spending time with her husband and young daughters.
