Don Nguyen, DO
Don was born and raised in the sunny pastures of San Bernardino, California and prefers he/him pronouns. He attended California State University San Bernardino and then was whisked away to Pacific Northwest University COM in Yakima, WA, where all the wine is.
He was introduced to Anchorage in his clinical years where he learned words like “cheechako” and “terminal dust.” Don couple’s matched to AKFMR. He hopes to become an advocate for underserved populations such as LGBTQ, socioeconomically disadvantaged, and minority patients.
He is trained in the Fascial Distortion Module and is passionate about furthering his skills in Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy. As you can see in his photo, his hobbies include traveling and eating. Also unfortunately for those around him, he also enjoys writing bad puns and “dad humor.” He worked as a sushi chef during college and enjoys sharing meals with other people. Don hopes to become an effective team member for the AKFMR.
