Delana Eby

My name is Delana Eby, and I was fortunate to be born and raised in Anchorage, with the beautiful state of Alaska as my playground. I left to attend Wheaton College in Massachusetts where I majored in Neuroscience and then stayed to complete medical school and a Master’s of Public Health at Tufts University in Boston.

During that time I escaped the city to Maine for my final 2 years of medical school, where I fell in love with rural medicine. I am thrilled to be continuing my training with the Alaska Family Medicine Residency, which I found to be the perfect place to pursue my interest in full-spectrum rural family medicine, especially women’s health, and to serve the community and state which I call home.

Beyond the walls of the hospital, I enjoy hiking, backpacking, kayaking, skiing, fishing, and anything else that promises to be an adventure!
